SUBJECT: Purchase of Six Data Projectors for the Media Center Mediated Classrooms

DESCRIPTION:

To continue the project of providing classrooms with multi-media projection equipment, bids were solicited to purchase six additional EIKI data projectors. In order to maintain proficiency in instruction, standardization of operation, and compatibility of spare parts inventory, the only machine considered was the EIKI Model XGA 980U LCD projector.

Bids were received from the following companies:

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends purchase of six EIKI Model XGA 980U LCD projectors from Cytek in the amount of $40,434.00
