This project is to replace existing exterior metal doors and interior wood doors to accommodate new lockset/keys and improve security.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Expenditure of $53,314.00 from Capital Improvement Account 03-00306 this contains a budget of $60,000.00 for the project.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the Award of Contract to Bob Florence Contractor for the base bid amount of $53,314.00 to replace all doors and hardware for Kuehne/West.
