SUBJECT: Personnel Actions - Administrative Staff

DESCRIPTION:

Appointment of James L. Nelson in the School of Law as Assistant to the Dean/Director of Admissions at annual salary of $58,008. Current budget is $56,820. Additional salary dollars are needed to fill position at more appropriate compensation level.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Additional $1,188 is available within existing operating budget.

RECOMMENDATION:

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the appointment of Mr. Nelson at an annual salary of $58,008.
