SUBJECT: Personnel Action – Administrative Staff

 

 

 

DESCRIPTION:

 

In order to more appropriately reflect the duties and responsibilities of two administrative staff members within Informational Technology Services, it is recommended that Sue Jarchow’s current title of Manager, Web Services, be changed to Assistant Director, with an increase in salary from $49,032 to $55,008; and Eileen Brouddus’s current title of Web Developer to Senior Web Developer, with an increase in salary from $30,504 to $31,512.

 

 

 

 

 

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

 

Additional $1,008 reallocated within existing ITS budget, and $5,976 being allocated from the AIS project budget for FY01-02.  The $5,976 will be funded from General Fund budget allocations in subsequent years.

 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

President Farley recommends the Board of Regents approve the salary and title changes for Ms. Jarchow and Ms. Brouddus.
