SUBJECT: Administrative Salary Study
DESCRIPTION:
Last spring a comprehensive faculty study was conducted which illustrated that our average faculty salaries lag similar institutions. During this study, the administration indicated that a similar study of administrative salaries would be conducted. The University's Affirmative Action Director, Carol Vogel, and the Director of Personnel, Deborah Birney, obtained administrative salary data from several sources and conducted this survey. The results of this survey will be presented for discussion.
