Students

IBOD is the 24/7/365 gateway to your student account. IBOD can be accessed on the Student tab of MyWashburn (http://my.washburn.edu/). Except for times of scheduled maintenance, IBOD can always be reached from any computer with internet access, anywhere in the world!

If you forget your MyWashburn password, select the "Reset password" option in the login box. If you are still having problems logging in, please e-mail support@washburn.edu or call (785) 670-3000. The Business Office does not have the ability to reset passwords.

Authorized Users

If your student has authorized you in IBOD, you have the same ability to view student account information, set up payment plans, and make payments as your student does. If your student has not authorized you, the federal FERPA law restricts your access to student information, even if you are the one who pays the balance. If you are authorized, you may access IBOD here: https://webpaymentprod.washburn.edu/tbp/web/login.jsp. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Help Desk at 785-670-3000 or support@washburn.edu. Except for times of scheduled maintenance, IBOD can always be reached from any computer with internet access, anywhere in the world!

In IBOD You Can:

1 - Access the Current Activity on the student account. This balance is updated in real time and shows all transactions on the student account for the selected term.

2 - Pay the outstanding student account balance. Balances may be paid using electronic web checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Bank debit cards may not be used.

3 - Set up a payment plan to pay the outstanding student account balance over monthly installments. Students may schedule payments to be automatically paid from a bank account or credit card. There is a $30 setup fee charged when the payment plan is created. Please note the payment plans may not be set up after the payment deadline for the term.

4 - Record Direct Deposit information so that refunds may be sent directly to the student's bank account, instead of waiting for a paper check. Unfortunately, we cannot direct deposit Parent loan proceeds.

5 - Set up parents and other individuals as "authorized users." Authorized users may view student account activity, make payments, set up payment plans, and speak with Business Office personnel about the student account.

6 - View and print e-bills to use for employer reimbursement or as a payment coupon when mailing in a payment. Please note that e-bills are accurate as of the date they are generated, and will not reflect changes made in the student account balance after they are created.

Please note that printed statements of account are not mailed.

Any questions about IBOD, other than resetting passwords, may be directed to the Business Office.
