The sub-subcommittee agreed that the revised online course development & support request form distributed electronically with the prior meeting minutes was an improvement, but that more guidance on how to respond to the questions (e.g., concerning library materials) might be helpful to faculty who wish to submit future proposals. The committee also agreed that the call for future proposals should follow the same or similar process that is used to solicit curriculum and research grant proposals. The committee reviewed five other online course proposals (see the list below) and recommended approval of all five pending the receipt of further information on three of the proposed courses.

The sub-subcommittee repeated much of the same discussion that occurred on November 13 and concurred with the recommendations of the other sub-subcommittee.

EN 393 - approved pending additional information, which was received on November 17
FL 399 - withdrawn by the department
HS 100 - approved pending additional information, which was received on November 17
HS 202 - approved pending additional information
MS 150 - deferred; no further information received on the course title and status
NU 313 - approved for funding
PY 381 - approved pending further information, which was received on November 17
