Mission Statement

The Facilities Services Department is the service unit which is responsible for the construction, operations, and maintenance of the University's facilities. The facilities consist of the buildings, grounds, and supporting infrastructure, which is part of the Vice President for Administration and Treasurer's area of responsibility. 

The mission of the Facilities Services Department is to support in achieving the excellence in teaching goal of the University, by providing a clean, comfortable, functional and safe facility to students, faculty, and staff. The department also provides the services necessary to allow the facilities to be used by the community. 

We also aspire to provide and maintain a campus environment, which goes beyond the basic needs to be inviting and attractive to prospective students and visitors. We continue to strive to give the students and the financial supporters the best facilities for the money spent.
