The Institution
Kaw Area Technical School was officially established in 1964. The first classes were held in September 1965, and in 1966 ground breaking ceremonies were held at its current location in Topeka. Kaw's 37 faculty members offer 27 certificate programs to approximately 800 students, more than 50% of whom are postsecondary. INFORMATION LITERACY LIBRARIAN - MABEE LIBRARY: Washburn University invites applications for the position of Information Literacy Librarian. The University Libraries seek a creative and energetic librarian to assume a leadership role in the development and implementation of an expanding information literacy program within a team-oriented, teaching library environment.
