Registration Info

• The link to the Apeiron registration is only available through the "Students" tab on my.washburn.


• Print out the Sample Registration Forms (see link below) so that you and your mentor can discuss the required information.


• Write your abstract in your word processing program and save. You may then copy and paste into the space provided in the online form.


• Make sure your abstract is no longer than 1500 characters. Use the word count function in your word processing program to check. Abstracts longer than 1500 characters will not fit in the space provided.


• For group presentations, only the first author needs to enter the presentation info and will be given a PIN number for the presentation. All authors must register as presenters, but then should choose "Sign up as Co-Presenter" from the menu and then provide the PIN number. All authors must submit signed release and registration forms before the deadline.


• If your abstract includes special characters, e-mail the abstract directly to Bruce Mechtly (bruce.mechtly@washburn.edu).


• The registration deadline is March 17, 2011.
