To qualify for the Interstate Tuition Waiver, you must be a resident of Colorado.  Keeping the low, in-state tuition rate is easy—simply maintain a Washburn GPA of at least 3.0. 

Students taking 30 credit hours per year can save up to $13,680 over the course of four years.
