Students must be a member of the Washburn Alumni Association to apply for Alumni Association scholarships.
Established in 1944, the scholarship fund has been a source of revenue for hundreds of Washburn students. For the 2012-13 academic year, nearly $30,000 was awarded to 83 students.
Special consideration is given to children of alumni and returning alumni. Although grade point average is a qualifier, recipients are chosen based on need.
To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must have a parent or parents, sibling or siblings or spouse who is/are graduates of Washburn.
Show your Ichabod price by purchasing a license plate. You’ll pay a one-time fee of $45.50 when you purchase it from you county treasurer’s office.
