Rich Drinon, M.A.

Rich Drinon, M.A. is President of Drinon & Associates, Inc., a company providing leadership communication training to businesses, associations and governmental agencies throughout the U.S. and Canada. Over the past 22 years he's conducted thousands training sessions for leaders in hundreds of organizations. Rich has served in a variety of leadership positions in the workplace as well as in civic organizations, his church and community. Rich is a member of the Topeka Downtown Rotary, Topeka SHRM and the committee for the Coleman Hawkins Legacy Jazz Festival.

Rich received his masters degree in Leadership Communication from Gonzaga University where he was also awarded a certificate in Servant Leadership, a philosophy of stewardship of organizational human, financial and physical resources. His bachelors degree in  journalism was from the University of New Mexico. In addition to his book "Stepping Up to Leadership," he has written a variety of articles that have appeared in Kansas Business News, New Mexico Business Journal,  The New Rock Times Music Magazine and Sports Illustrated.
