Washburn Village is the newest on-campus housing option for full-time students who are beyond their freshman year of college.
Housing 192 students, this apartment-style housing is designed to ease the transition from a residence hall setting to an apartment setting. Students living in these units are provided many of the same services available to those living in the residence halls.

There are four different apartment layouts. A couple of notes to consider. First, there are only three, 3 person / 3 bedroom apartments. Additionally, these apartments are accessible for students with disabilities, so they are not available for reservation (and will be assigned last). Next, there are a very limited number of double occupancy (2 students sharing a bedroom) bedrooms in the Village. Please keep this in mind when ranking your space preference on the contract.
