Instructional Programming

Instructional programming is designed for the individuals who are comfortable exercising at an intermediate level and are looking to step it up within a group. The program meets several times a week and led by the same instructor for the whole program. The workouts will include a mixture of strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training and gradually increase in intensity from the first class to the last class.
