Afternoon reception was held at Taft Tower Retirement Center, Boulder, CO Family members caught up on births, deaths, and family news. Phil greets his party guest, Stuart Yoho A delicious spread of food, cake and punch was served at the afternoon birthday reception. Phil Carter on his 100th birthday.
