Welcome to the Student Teaching Experience Evaluation website!

Washburn University's Department of Education is requesting feedback from you about your experience during student teaching. There are three parts to this evaluation and will take less than fifteen minutes.

The first is the "Evaluation of the Student Teaching Experience" survey which allows feedback about the experience in general.

The second part is the "Student Teacher Diversity Questionnaire." This survey allows you to state your diversity readiness.

The third part is the "Evaluation of Cooperating Teacher/Clinical Supervisor by Student Teachers." This asks you to evaluate your cooperating teacher or clinical supervisor. The second survey should be filled out for each cooperating teacher or clinical supervisor. NOTE: This is not to use for your university supervisor.
