General Rules:

Candidates must complete the appropriate application form (where necessary) and turn it in by the deadline date.

Candidates must have at least one semester remaining at Washburn University.

In the case of a tie between cadidates vying for a particular scholarship, the award my be split between the candidates so that each may receive a partial scholarship.
