Hola, my name is Georgina Tenny and I am a native of the Dominican Republic. I have a B.A. in Spanish from Brigham Young University and a M.A. from KU. I am thrilled to be here at Washburn and I am looking forward to a great year of Spanish.
I believe that being exposed to another language opens up a world of possible adventures and opportunities for individuals. I hope to instill in the students a passion for learning about other peoples and cultures.
