To assist the faculty in determining those individuals who should be awarded a scholarship from the Psychology department here at Washburn University, we ask that you provide as much information as possible about yourself.  In order to help you, we have created a guideline for you to follow.  Below is an application that we request that you complete to the best of your ability when applying for a scholarship.  Take your time and please provide as much information about yourself using the categories below.  There is no need to worry if you do not have information for each and  every question.  If you have any questions or concerns, please speak with one of the faculty.  Good luck!!!

6. List all organizations you belong to or are a part of.  Be sure to include any positions or offices that you have held.





7.  Write a short essay (no more than a single page, single-spaced) on what your goals are and how this scholarship will help you reach those goals.





8.  List 3 individuals who have agreed to serve as a reference.  Include contact information for each person.
