University Scheduling/Event Planning

Washburn University's 160-acre campus in Topeka, Kansas has a variety of spaces to meet your needs. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering, a wedding and/or reception, or need conference space, we've got you covered.  The staff in the University Scheduling office, located in the Memorial Union, is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to help you plan your next event.

  • In person: visit the office on the main level of the Memorial Union, north end of the building.
