The College of Arts & Sciences at Washburn University seeks applicants for adjunct faculty to teach Fall 2014 and /or Spring 2015 in the following areas:
English – Fall 2014/Spring 2015: daytime/evening sections of composition – requires Master’s or Ph.D. in English.
Mathematics & Statistics – Fall 2014/Spring 2015 – daytime/evening sections of Basic/Intermediate/College Algebra – requires Master’s or PhD. In Math or related field w/18 credit hours in Math and experience teaching Basic/Intermediate/College Algebra.
Psychology – Fall 2014: daytime sections of Introductory Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology – requires PhD or PsyD.
Philosophy – Spring 2015 – daytime sections of: Logic and Critical Thinking – requires ABD or MA, Ph.D. preferred; World Religions – requires ABD or MA, Ph.D. preferred.
Minimum academic credentials include appropriate Master's degree with teaching and/or related experience desirable. Application review begins immediately.
