G. Employee and Student Identification

1. Purpose.

1.1 PoliciesThis statement sets forth the policies applicable to the distribution and use of the University identification card.

1.2 Establishment of Regulations. The Administration shall establish regulations and procedures governing the distribution and use of a system for identification of Students, Employees, and others when need for identification is determined by the Administration. These regulations and procedures shall be consistent with Board policies, laws and regulations, and sound, equitable business and accounting practices. All financial transactions are subject to Board policies regarding conflict of interest.

2. ScopeThe system shall be designed to provide identification, status verification, declining money balances, door access, and other reasonable services as determined by the Administration.
