Q: How do I submit work to be mailed?
Request for mailing items may be submitted through the use of a hardcopy requisition form. Information containing mailing addresses can be submitted by email to heidi.crosland@washburn.edu or charlene.mccready@washburn.edu.

Please fill out the top row starting with department name. The job number field will be filled in by University Mail and Printing Services.

Section 1
Please enter the FOAPAL number you wish to charge for the mailing services provided. The name of the person to contact if questions arise should be the requester, unless indicated otherwise, so include a contact number. The person responsible for the account must be on the signature line for the requisition to be processed. The date needed is the date on which the mailing is to be finished.
Section 2
Indicate if you will be using First Class Postage (metered), Bulk Mail Postage or UPS by checking the appropriate box. If you are not sure which rate/service your USPS mailing qualifies for, see the US Post Office web site or call UMAPS at extension 1606.
Section 3 and 4
Sections three and four are for work completion and billing purpose and will be filled out by UMAPS staff.

Paper and Envelope Orders
Paper and envelopes can be ordered through University Mail and Printing Services with the use of a printing requisition. Paper and envelope orders can be delivered through campus mail or picked up in UMAPS.
Faxing
Fax service is provided by UMAPS for the following charges; FOAPAL, cash, credit card, iCard or check to pay for the service.

Q: Who do I contact with questions on my bill?
Call University Mail and Printing Services at extension 1605 for questions on billing for print jobs, extension 1604 for questions on mailing or fax billing, or come to Morgan Hall, Room 113 to meet with our helpful billing staff. You can also email UMAPS at umaps-graphics@washburn.edu.
Q: When is my bill due?
University Mail and Printing Services will bill clients for completed jobs at the end of each month. The University policy allows five business days after month's end for UMAPS to complete the billing and present it to the business office.
