What's an iCard?
The Washburn iCard is the official photo ID card for Washburn University. All students, staff, and faculty need this card whenever asked to present university identification.
The iCard includes the cardholder's photograph and official Washburn Identification Number (WIN). The first card is issued for free. Replacement cards cost $10.00 for each card.
Washburn University offers a "one-card" campus. The iCard is used for access to various University events and services, SRWC, library circulation, door access for the Living Learning Center and Washburn Village and for establishing declining balance accounts for on campus retail operations.
Declining balance accounts available:
- The Dining Dollars/Union Market Account is used for the retail establishments in the Stauffer Commons Union Marketplace, Corner Store and Libation Station. This account is used for the residence hall students board contract.
- The Bod Bucks Account is used at any location accepting the iCard: All dining service outlets, laundry facilities in the Washburn residence halls, payment for library fines or Washburn athletic and theatre events, University Mail and Printing Services, bookstore, library copiers, Ichabod Service Center, Pepsi vending and snack machines and concessions.
