WebCT Course Restore Request Form

This form allows Washburn University faculty to request a pre-existing WebCT course to modify/develop for online instruction. To begin development on a new course, please complete a New Course Request instead. All information is ESSENTIAL to providing you with the correct archived version of your course. Please fill in all fields completely.

All faculty requesting a WebCT course are expected to have WebCT Training. If you have not received training, visit our WebCT Training Sign-up page or contact the Washburn WebTechs.

The information will be mailed to the WebCT Administrator at Information Technology Services. If changes are made to the class after this form is submitted (more sections are cross-listed, the class is cancelled) or if you have any questions about this form, please e-mail the Washburn WebTechs.
