Welcome to the Washburn University WebCT Student Orientation Information page. From here, students can obtain the latest information for the WebCT orientations offered by the WebTechs.
WebCT Student Orientations are held once every semester. Fall and Spring orientations are usually held multiple times during the first week of classes. Each orientation is scheduled to last approximately one and a half hours. All student orientations are held at Washburn University in the Charles Bennett Computer Center (Bennett) Room 108 unless otherwise indicated below. Students may bring a pen or pencil with some paper to take notes if they wish. The orientation is usually a hands-on type of instruction, where students can either follow along with the presenter, or sit back and watch. The orientation covers basic usage of WebCT, as well as the most common questions asked by students. For additional information, please e-mail webtech@washburn.edu
Don't worry. If you can not attend an on-campus orientation, the WebTechs have prepared the same information online. To look at the online orientation, visit the WebCT Online Student Orientation.
