Phone System Support and Troubleshooting

If you experience technical difficulties with Skype for Business or have other questions, please contact ITS User Services via email at or by calling 785-670-3000.

The scheduled drop in sessions each Tuesday and Wednesday have been canceled for the remainder of July. Instead, please contact John Haverty and Phyllis Hoffman to schedule a session with your department. We can do the sessions in our lab in Bennett Computer Center or in your office. Whatever works best for you. We will be offering these sessions throughout the fall semester. Simply contact us to schedule a session.

We have sample headsets available to test and we will answer questions regarding the transition process.
