Welcome Friends
Benefits of Membership
All Friends receive a special Gold Library Card that entitles you to extended borrowing privileges and library services in both the Mabee Library and Curriculum Resources Center, along with three issues per year of the newsletter Among Friends that examines the progress and activities of the Washburn University Libraries. In addition, you will receive special invitations to events sponsored by the Friends that occur throughout the regular academic year.
Membership Levels
| Sponsors | $25 - $99 | Our basic membership level entitles you to the Gold Membership Card, Among Friends and special inviations to Friends sponsored events. |
Bookworms |
$100 - $499 | All of the Sponsor's benefits plus a book of your choice plated in recognition of you or someone of your choosing. |
| Book Lovers | $500 - $999 | All of the Bookworm's benefits plus an annual subscription to a journal named in recognition of you or someone of your choosing. |
| Bibliophiles | $1,000 - $2,499 | All of the Book Lover's benefits plus recognition in Among Friends and private research assistance from one of our professional librarians. |
| Book Collectors | $2,500 - $4,999 | All of the Bibliophile's benefits plus invitations to special events and receptions. |
| Conservators | $5,000+ | All of the Book Collectors benefits plus an annual subscription to a database named in recognition of you or someone of your choosing. |
