Visit Washburn University

The office of admissions conducts individualized prospective student visits daily, Monday through Friday. We request you schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance. Appointments are available for 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. Each visit to campus lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes:

Campus tour by a Washburn University Student Ambassador.
Thirty-minute appointment with a faculty member in a department of interest.
Visit with an admissions representative to discuss the admissions process, cost of attendance and scholarships.

Saturday visits are occasionally offered. These visits, also usually 90 minutes in length, are offered at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Saturday visits are often conducted in groups, rather than the individualized manner of during the week. Faculty appointments are not offered on Saturdays. We do not accept walk-in appointments on Saturdays. If an appointment is not made, we will not be open.
