Mr. Ben Blair
Mr. Blair was appointed to the Washburn Board of Regents July 1998 by Governor Graves. He is currently Chairman of Coldwell Banker Griffith & Blair Realtors. An alumnus of Washburn University, Mr. Blair received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University's School of Law in 1965. He has been a Washburn Endowment Association trustee since 1993 and is a past chair of the Endowment Board. Mr. Blair served as Board Chair during the 1999-2000 and 2000-01 fiscal years; and as Vice Chair during the 2007-08 and 2009-09 fiscal years. He was elected Chair in July 2009. His term as a Regent is to expire June 30, 2010.
