Diplomas and Transcripts
DIPLOMA - Diplomas will be available approximately six to eight weeks after each semester/term. Diplomas may be picked up in the University Registrar's Office, Morgan 115, during regular business hours. Photo identification must be presented to obtain your diploma. Diplomas are not issued if the student has outstanding financial obligations to the University.
Please note that students must request to have diplomas mailed; they are not mailed automatically. If you wish to have your diploma mailed, print and complete the Diploma Mailing Request Form and

mail the form to the address below, along with the appropriate fee, or

fax the form to 785.670.1104 and include credit card information, or

bring the form to the University Registrar's Office, Morgan. 115.
Washburn University policy requires that all requests for diploma mailing be made in writing, signed, and dated by the person to whom the record belongs.

Diploma Replacement - A diploma may be replaced providing the request is made in writing. The request may be mailed or made in person during regular business hours at the University Registrar's Office, Morgan 115. Complete the Diploma Replacement Form. The replacement fee is $30.00.
TRANSCRIPT- Students wishing to order a transcript should complete a Transcript Request Form. The cost is $3.00 per transcript. Be certain to mark "Hold for Degree Statement" if you wish that information to appear on your transcript. If you request a transcript before the posting of degrees and that category is not marked, it will be processed without the information. Transcripts will not be provided for students with financial and other unmet obligations to the University. If you have any questions regarding transcript requests, you may call 785.670.1078.
