Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a rehearsal?
No. You will receive instructions in a letter sent to all Candidates for Degree, as well as prior to the ceremony when you line up.
Do I need tickets?
No. Tickets are not needed. It is open to the public. Seating is on a first come first served basis.
What time do graduates need to be there?
Graduates need to report to Petro 125 (lower level of Petro Allied Health Center) approximately 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony. Parents and family members should proceed to Lee Arena in the lower level of Petro Allied Health Center (map designation PC).
How long does the ceremony last?
About two hours for the Fall ceremony and one and one-half hours for each Spring ceremony.
Where do we park?
The main parking lot is located on the east side of Petro Allied Health Center (map designation PC). There is no charge for parking. Campus maps are available for viewing and printing.
