Vice President, Administration & Treasurer - Wanda Hill
Wanda Hill became only the fourth chief fiscal officer Washburn University in 60 years when she joined the University in 1999. Previously, she had served as director of finance and administration (treasurer) for Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink) in Los Angeles. Other positions have included executive director of the California State University Dominguez Hills Foundation, assistant vice chancellor for business and financial affairs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and senior associate vice president for business and finance at Clemson (S.C.) University.
Hill received a bachelor of business administration degree and master of business administration degree from Valdosta (Ga.) State University, and is a certified public accountant. Her responsibilities include management and development of Washburn's operating budget, supervision of all fiscal areas, administrative and academic computing, campus physical facilities, campus police, human resources, Memorial Union and auxiliary enterprises.
