Group Exercise




A variety of group exercise classes are offered free of charge to all SRWC members.

Class offerings are designed so you can work at your own intensity level.

Schedules are available in the SRWC.

Class times and offerings may be subject to change.
  • Class limit is 20 participants per class!!  (12 for spinning, 15 for Nordic Walking and 15 for cardioball)
    Reserve your spot in each class by signing up at the SRWC front desk one hour prior to class. There are no additional fees for group exercise classes.
  • AMPED ABS
    30 minutes of strengthening, building and sculpting your abdominal muscles.  Get amped for abs.
  • AEROBICS
    Put on your 80's hat and dance to the music.  This class is a lower-impact class designed to get your heart pumpin', get your body movin', and the good times groovin'.  Come one, come all Jane Fonda fans.
  • BODY SHOP/AEROBICS
    A class designed to strengthen and tone your body in a fun and energizing way, not to mention throwing a little 80's aerobics into the mix.  Take your body to the shop, "aerobicize" to the 80's, and get a tone-up!
  • CORE STRENGTH & CORE @ 4
    Strengthening your abs and back using a variety of safe and effective exercises. Stretching is included. All abs welcome.
  • NAMESTE NIGHTS
    Enjoy an evening of yoga:  Namaste style!  The foci of this class are improved balance, core strength, and breathing techniques.  Meditation and relaxation methods are incorporated for optimal stress relief. 
  • NORDIC WALKING
    Nordic Walking uses specifically designed poles to engage the upper body during fitness walking.  By simply adding Nordic Walking poles to a walk, you can burn up to 40% more calories by utilizing your whole body!
  • SPEEDY SPIN
    30 minutes of a quick spin workout.  Need to get in and out, this class is for you!  Come to speedy spin and get that Heart Rate up fast.  Class size limited to 12.
  • SPIN CITY
    An indoor cycling class that challenges the aerobic system as well as strengthens muscular endurance.  Spin your way into a new fitness level. Class size is limited to 12.
  • SPIN-N-ABS
    You got it!  The class is a combination of speedy spin with a killer AB workout.  Vary your routine with a "get-your-heart-pumpin" and your "abs toned" class.  Class size limited to 12.
  • YOGA (AT NOON, AFTER 5)
    Incorporate Yoga into your day. The foci of this class are improved balance, core strength, and breathing techniques.  Meditation and relaxation methods are incorporated for optimal stress relief.
