The Washburn Residence Council is a great opportunity to get involved at Washburn. WRC is an organization serving those who live on-campus. WRC i
s a student-run organization whose purpose is to provide leadership development opportunities for students who reside in on-campus housing. The students who comprise our organization represent different abilities, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religions, ages, genders, and political affiliations. We strongly encourage our members to participate in other areas on campus organization. We strive for an appreciation, understanding and acceptance of diversity. Finally, we encourage our resident's to work together to ensure that the "home away from home" experience is positive and enjoyable.
