Services provided by the Student Health Center include but not limited to:
- We now provide PAP exams. Please call our office to schedule your exam.
- Allergy injections
- Care for illnesses or injuries
- Diagnostic consultation of physical and emotional problems
- Gynecologic care, including family planning services
- Health education
- IMMUNIZATIONS :
- Meningitis Immunizations (Required of all students living on campus). Download forms Here.
- Meningitis Notice to all students and parents.
- Patient assistance program for prescriptions
- Physical exams (Including Sports, Nursing, Study Abroad & Allied Health)
- Preventive medicine
- Referrals to health care providers when necessary (at the student's expense)
- STD testing
FLU CLINICS:
- September 20th, Student Union 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
- September 27th Student Union 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- October 6th Law School 9:00 a.m. until Noon.
- October 20th Petro 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
- Flu Shots are 10.00 dollars. Please bring your Washburn I.D.
Help prevent the spread of Influenza:
- Wash hands
- Obtain a flu shot.
- If you do develop flu-like symptoms seek medical attention promptly.
