The University Mail and Printing Services provide mail, printing and graphic design services.
Graphic Design Services
The graphic design service is available to all Washburn staff, employees, students, student organizations, and guests. The department works with both Mac and PC platforms
Printing Services
The printing services department is equipped with a digital high volume copier, digital color copier, digital color printer, wide format printer and press. Printing and copying can be done economically for both large and small orders. Some of the most common projects include:

Mailing Services
The mailing department in University Mail and Printing Services has a wide variety of options to meet your needs, including:
- Mailing Packages
- Mailing First Class Mail
- Determining Postage
- Bulk Mail Sorting and Labeling
- Using digital files (provided) to print addresses directly on printed projects
- Campus distributions
- Inserting and sealing envelopes
And now a second location, Washburn Station, to provide the Washburn community with personal mailing is located in Storage building 1 east of the football stadium.
Paper and Envelope Orders
Paper and envelopes can be ordered through University Mail and Printing Services with the use of a printing requisition. Paper and envelope orders can be delivered through campus mail or picked up in UMAPS.
Faxing
Fax service is provided by UMAPS for the following charges; FOAPAL, cash, credit card, I-card for check to pay for the service.
- Incoming: $.50
- Local: $.95
- National: $1.25
- International: $2.25
Information
Centrally located in Morgan Hall room 113, University Mail and Printing Services often provides visitors with information about the campus. The University Mail and Printing Services staff is available to answer any questions on:
- How to prepare originals for copying
- How to prepare digital images and files
- How to fill out the printing and mailing requisition form
- US Postal Regulations
