- Tuesday, April 5 - United Way Kickoff events (choose one): 9:00 am, Mabee Coffee Lounge ; 1:30 pm Morgan 270; 3:15 pm W. Tech
- Wednesday, April 13 – Tour Meals on Wheels preparation site at W. Tech, 9:45 am.
- Thursday, April 21 - Tour Meals on Wheels preparation site at W. Tech, 9:45 am.
- Wednesday, April 27 – Swap Meet at BTAC. Click here for time & rules. Printable registration for Sneak Peak Pass. Printable registration for Regular Shop Pass.
- Friday, April 29 – United Way forms due to Human Resources by 5 p.m.
- May 2-6 – Silent Auction of Decorated Wastebaskets, 10:00 am-1:30 pm Corner Store Lounge
- Friday, May 6 - United Way Wrap Up at After Hours: BTAC; 4-7 pm. Free admission
Other opportunities:
- Meals on Wheels. Shadow other employees who deliver MOW: April 14, 19, 21 and May 3. Delivery takes about an hour. Contact Amanda Hughes at 670-2153 to volunteer.
- Jar Wars: Ongoing by building April 5-May 5. Contact Sandra Haines at 670- 2755 for details
- Office Wastebasket Decorating Contest & Silent Auction: registration due noon April 15.
- Red Cross online CPR, AED and First Aid Class during month of April. Cost $17 Contact Vicki Baer for details.
