Grade Reports
At the end of the Fall and Spring semesters and the early, late, and full sessions of the Summer Term, final grades are submitted by instructors via the web. The grades become a part of the student's permanent record. Grades will be made available for viewing on the web after the University Registrar's Office completes the end of semester/term processing. Students may print their screen to have a written copy of their grades. Grades will not be mailed automatically, nor can they be secured by phone. Students may request a grade mailer for the most recent semester from the University Registrar's Office. They may pick up the mailer from the University Registrar's Office with a photo ID, or the mailer may be sent to the permanent address on file.
