Savor a little piece of N’awlins at Washburn at the Mardi Gras buffet from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21 in the Washburn Room, Memorial Union. Cost is $10 per person at the door. Enjoy live music by Washburn music faculty Bourbon Street Brass Band.
Menu: Sausage;jambalaya; bayou fried fish with Cajun tartar sauce; chicken gumbo with dirty rice; cornbread; tossed salad with spicy oil and vinegar; dressing; pecan pie; water, tea and coffee.
