Diversity speaker, Stan Pearson to speak at Washburn, Feb. 23

Stan Pearson II, a salsa dancing, Spanish speaking presenter, will use comedy, interactive activities and real life to connect to his audience about diversity at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, in the Washburn Room, Memorial Union, Washburn University. The event is free and open to the public.

Pearson brings about a strong message about being proud of who you are as a person regardless of race, color, or the languages you speak. He inspires others to be better today than they were yesterday and build better relationships, organizations, and communities. Plus he explains how to use diversity and specific leadership principle to drive and maintain success.
