Washburn University junior Shelbie Konkel, Haysville, and senior Jessie McGown, Mound City, have been elected president and vice president, respectively, of the Washburn Student Government Association (WSGA). Their term of office runs from April 2013 to April 2014. Konkel is a political science major and McGown is majoring in biology.
