"Two White Knights and a Baggie Full of Steamed Green Beans" is topic of Brown Bag International Lecture, April 9

"Two White Knights and a Baggie Full of Steamed Green Beans," will be discussed by Kayla Waters, assistant professor, human services, at the Brown Bag International Lecture at noon, Wednesday, April 9 at the International House, Washburn University. The event is open to the public. The international programs office sponsors the series.

Last summer, Waters presented two papers at the Society for Teaching and Learning conference in Canada. During the discussion Waters will review what she learned while attending the conference and deconstruct a stereotype about our neighbors to the north, "Are Canadians really that nice?"
