Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia
Presented papers on the works of composers Jean
Francaix, Paul Hindemith, and Donald Grantham
Performances with professional ensembles such as
the Giannini Brass, Da Capo Brass, Topeka Symphony, and the Fountain City Brass

include the American Wind Orchestra, Riverside Wind Symphony, and the UNC at
Greensboro University Band
Produced six professionally released recordings
including “Fireworks” which received Grammy Award nominations in 2010
Performed professionally with the North Carolina
Symphony, Richmond Symphony, and the McLean Orchestra
Performed as a member of the Washington Brass,
Riverside Brass, and the International Award winning Tubas in the Sun Quartet
Past-Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Wind
Conductors Conference, Mid-Atlantic Brass Festival, and the Southeast Regional
ITEC Tuba ad Euphonium Conference
Directed ensembles have been selected to perform
at the College Band Director’s National Association Southwest Regional
Conference, the Kansas, North Carolina, and Virginia State Music Educator
Conferences, and given performances at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC and
Lincoln Center in New York
