Todd Farley
Adjunct Faculty, Technology Administration

Todd Farley is a 16-veteran of the fire service and currently serves as the Chief of Training for the Lenexa Fire Department. In his current position he is responsible for the training and development of department personnel along with the responsibility of being the Safety Officer for the department and a member of the City Safety Committee. Additional responsibilities include the Quality Assurance/Improvement manager for Emergency Medical Services and the City of Lenexa Emergency Management Coordinator. Todd holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Fire Science from Kansas City Kansas Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Friends University. Additionally, Todd is certified at the EMT-Intermediate/Defibrillation level and is an Instructor Coordinator certified through the Kansas Board of EMS, a Nationally Registered EMT, and credentialed to instruct numerous emergency services courses. Chief Farley has been an instructor for over 10 years at various community colleges as well as a Field Instructor through KU Fire and Rescue Institute.
