Part 2: Writing the Business Plan

Plan for success! Learn the skills to write an effective business plan to finance and start your business. Experience from “A-Z” why you might need a business plan, and how to create one! 

Part 3: Legal & Registration Requirements

Protect yourself! Taught by an attorney, this workshop is your chance to learn the basic legal steps of setting up and registering your small business and the common legal pitfalls to avoid. 

Part 4: Creating the Marketing Plan

Grow your sales!  Join us for a stimulating discussion on how to plan and promote your business to supercharge growth and profits. 

Part 5: Keeping the Books

Manage your finances! Learn the basics to setting up a record-keeping system, reading financial statements, managing cash flow, and taxes. At this hands-on course you will also learn about financing options and necessary qualifications, and what you will need to get a loan for your business.
