COSTS
All
students admitted to Washburn and plan to enroll full-time are eligible
to live in the university residence halls.
You
will receive a housing contract if you indicate
your interest in campus housing on the "Application for Admission,
Scholarship and Housing."
Contracts
will be sent to prospective residents during the Spring semester. These
should be completed and returned with a $100 damage deposit and $200 pre-payment.
While
there is no deadline to submit a housing contract, students will be
assigned to rooms based on a "first come, first served" basis. Students
residing in university housing are required to be on a board (meal)
plan.
