Washburn Village is the newest on-campus housing option for full-time students who are beyond their freshman year of college.

Housing 192 students, this apartment-style housing is designed to ease the transition from a residence hall setting to an apartment setting. Students living in these units are provided many of the same services available to those living in the residence halls.

Please complete and return to Residential Living, 1801 SW Jewell, Topeka, KS 66621 with appropriate signatures and $300 deposit.

Meningitis Mandatory Form

There are four different apartment layouts; however, every layout includes:

  • Living room with:
    • Couch
    • Sitting chair
    • Coffee table
    • Two end tables
    • Cable-ready outlets
  • Kitchen with:
    • Apartment-size refrigerator
    • Two burner cooktop
    • Convection microwave oven
    • Eating bar area with sitting stool

Students living in Washburn Village will have access to the Commons Building which features:

  • Lounge area
  • Reception desk
  • Mailboxes
  • Recreation area
  • Conference/study room
  • Restrooms
  • Laundry facilities (24-hour access to residents with ID card)
  • Vending machines
  • Fireplace
  • Outside patio area
  • Complex Coordinator's office
