Designed and developed by: Ben Clay The Kansas Curriculum Center The Kansas Curriculum Center is funded by the Kansas State Department of Education, and is located within the School of Applied Studies at Washburn University of Topeka. The Center serves a statewide constituency in the many areas of curriculum administration, and has developed an extensive library of course and program competency profiles available free of charge to Kansas educators. The Center has also developed several publications that support current education initiatives as well as encompass academic and technical courses of study. All publications developed by the Center are also free. The Center offers staff development programs covering a wide range of topics. Additionally, the Center coordinates national curriculum development activities through its affiliation with the Multi-State Vocational & Academic Curriculum Consortium (MAVCC). |
